Thanks to a large series of international awards for Bílinská kyselka and thanks to its excellent taste and support for digestive processes, Bílinská has become a popular part of the drink menus of luxury restaurants. In this way, not only the original Teplice recipes for mixed drinks spread to the world, but also very specific recipes were created abroad.
The wildest in this direction, however, remained the Nordic states, where immense popularity Bílinské kyselky transferred from the professional work of Jacob Berzelius. While in luxurious Central European spa restaurants the allowed imagination of bartenders ended with mixing citrus fruits, sugar and possibly wine, in Sweden the imagination was unrestrained. Simply here, in the drink menus, we see Bílinská usually mixed with our beers, but also hot Bílinská with rum as grog.
